THAT Report No. CS-2024-005 dated March 25, 2024, regarding Remuneration and Expenses paid to Members of Council and Others during the Year 2023 be received for information.

Purpose:


The purpose of Memorandum No. BEC-2024-003 dated March 8, 2024 is to provide members of Council with an update on a technical study to explore opportunities and the feasibility for land-based solar energy generation within the Town of Halton Hills. Council is receiving this Memorandum in order to have project background and context in advance of Town staff bringing forward to Council the final results and recommendations of the study.

Purpose:


The purpose of Memorandum No. CS-2024-001 dated March 25, 2024 is to advise Council of the annual indexing of the Town’s Development Charge (DCs) rates at a rate of 5.5% on April 1, 2024, in accordance with the provision set out in the Town’s DC by-law 2022-0042.
