REPORT NO. ADMIN-2021-0043
 

OFFICE OF THE CAO REPORT NO. ADMIN-2021-0043 dated September 14, 2021 regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees. (Operations)

(Presentation by Chris Mills, Acting Chief Administrative Officer & Jon Rehill, Commissioner & Fire Chief)

Recommendation:

THAT Report No. CORPSERV-2021-0032, dated September 17, 2021, regarding the Single Source Award to Bell Canada for Cellular Phone Services, be received;

AND FURTHER THAT Bell Mobility Inc., 1 carrefour Alexander-Graham-Bell, Building A7, Verdun, Quebec, H3E 3B3 be awarded the single source contract for Cellular Phone Services for a three (3) year term in the total amount of $200,000 excluding HST;

AND FURTHER THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute a contract and any ancillary documents with Bell Mobility Inc. for cellular services for $200,000 excluding HST for a three (3) year term.

Recommendation:

THAT Report No. PD-2021-0058, dated September 9, 2021, regarding the “Conditional water allocation for 303 Armstrong Avenue (5 SDE from the Georgetown non-residential pool)” be received;

AND FURTHER THAT 5 single detached equivalents (SDE) of water system capacity be allocated from the Georgetown non-residential pool to 303 Armstrong Avenue conditional on the issuance of a building permit within 18 months of the date of Council approval of this report, failing which, Council, may at its discretion, withdraw the respective water allocation.

Recommendation:

THAT Report No. TPW-2021-0019 dated September 15, 2021, regarding the Transfer Payment Agreement – Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP) COVID-19 Resilience Infrastructure Stream – Local Government Intake Projects be received;

AND FURTHER THAT the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to enter into a Transfer Payment Agreement with the Ministry of Infrastructure for the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program COVID-19 Resilience Infrastructure Stream – Local Government Intake;

AND FURTHER THAT a By-law be enacted authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to enter into a Transfer Payment Agreement for the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program - COVID-19 Resilience Infrastructure Stream – Local Government Intake.

Recommendation:

THAT Report No. TPW-2021-0033, dated September 14, 2021, regarding the Uniform Traffic Control By-law 1984-01 Schedule Updates be received;

AND FURTHER THAT the amendments to the listed Schedules of the Uniform Traffic Control By-law No. 1984-01 be adopted by Council.
