A By-law to designate Stewart’s Castle, located at 10295 10 Side Road, under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act as being of cultural heritage value or interest.

A By-law to designate the Noble-Pomeroy House, located at 12 and 14 Adamson Street North, under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act as being of cultural heritage value or interest.

A By-law to designate the Frances Williams House, located at 15 Mountain Street, Glen Williams, under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act as being of cultural heritage value or interest.

A By-law to designate the Secord-Starkman Block, 2 Mill Street East, Acton, Town of Halton Hills, under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act as being of cultural heritage value or interest.

A By-law to amend By-law No. 2024-0015 for the appointment of Inspectors for the Enforcement of the Building Code Act for the Town of Halton Hills.

A By-law to provide for the administration and enforcement of the Building Code Act within the Town of Halton Hills and to repeal By-law 2016-0030.
