Recommendation:


THAT Report No. PD-2024-012 dated January 30, 2024, regarding the Vision Georgetown (OPA 32) Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) Decisions be received for information.

Purpose:


The purpose of Memorandum No. PD-2024-001 dated January 24, 2024 is to provide Council an update regarding the status of the appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) by the owner of 60 John Street in Georgetown (see Appendix 2 for Location Map).

Purpose:


The purpose of Memorandum No. PD-2024-002 date January 26, 2024 is to update Council on the Ontario Land Tribunal’s (OLT) decision to approve the settlement for Glen Williams Estates Draft Plan of Subdivision, Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment applications – 102 Confederation Street (Glen Williams).
