Purpose:


The purpose of Memorandum No. CSE-2025-009 dated November 17, 2025 is to advise Council of the Emergency Purchase Order #25-073, which was issued to Polair Heating & Air Conditioning in April of this year for the emergency replacement of a compressor for the Dectron dehumidification unit at Gellert Community Centre.
