The purpose of Memorandum No. TPW-2023-002 dated April 14, 2023 is to update Council on the Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) program following consultation with Redflex Traffic Systems (Canada) Limited (Camera vendor), Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO) and City of Toronto’s Joint Processing Centre (JPC).
