In our efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19 and to protect all individuals, public attendance at Council Meetings will not be permitted at this time.  Members of the public may request to delegate to this virtual meeting by completing the online delegation form,  (Application to appear before Council) by no later than 4:30 p.m. on the Friday before the meeting.  All requests to delegate must contain a copy of the delegate's intended remarks which will be circulated to all Members of Council in advance as a backup should technology issues occur.  Clerks staff will contact you with the details on how to participate electronically.  If you do not wish to delegate, but would like to submit feedback, please email your comments to [email protected].  Your comments will be circulated to Council Members in advance of the meeting and will form part of the public record.
